DESCRIPTION:Quami Insaaf Morcha\, a permanent sit-in agitation started on the Chandigarh-Mohali border by a host of Sikh bodies to demand the release of “Bandi Singhs”\, or Sikh prisoners\, Sikh political prisoners languishing in jails after having served their terms.
